Important Update: SMTP Domain Records for SendInBlue Integration

The technology we frequently use to send newsletters, SMS messages and transactional emails (including enquiry/contact form submissions) is called SendInBlue. We also use their services to handle marketing automation.

Several weeks ago, 'SendInBlue' rebranded to 'Brevo' and introduced new services. You can read more about this specifically here: https://www.brevo.com/blog/becoming-brevo/

As a result, we have been asked to update all our SMTP relay domains from smtp-relay.sendinblue.com to smtp-relay.brevo.com before the deadline of August 30th to ensure any emails or SMSs that are sent directly from your website are not impacted when the old SMTP relay domain is retired.

We will be in touch with clients whom this may affect - but in a nutshell, if you have a contact form on your website or emails/SMS messages are automatically sent from your website/CRM, the chances are mail is delivered via Brevo servers.

In addition to their new services, Brevo also has introduced price increases. Fortunately, we have been able to ensure that our clients will not be impacted by these price increases in the near future.
